FAQ FRAMES
How much for framing?
Our prices are tailored to each client's bouquet, therefore, there is no set price list.
Please send us a photo of your bouquet and/or the following details:
- Type of flowers to be worked with
- Number of flowers to be worked with
- Preferred frame type: Classic or Transparent
What are considered Main Flowers?
Based on what we've worked with so far:
- Alstroemerias
- Anthuriums
- Buttercups
- Calla Lilies
- Carnations
- Chamomile
- Daisies
- Gladiola
- Hydrangeas
- Lily of the Valley
- Mums
- Orchids
- Peonies
- Proteas
- Roses
- Sea Hollies
- Stargazers
- Sunflowers
- Tulips
*Alstroemerias, Chamomile and Sea Hollies aren't considered accents due to their drying and pressing process.
What if I don't have the actual bouquet yet?
If you already have a bouquet in mind because of an upcoming event (wedding, debut, etc.) you can send us the peg and we'll send you the prices of that bouquet. Once the event is done, we can send you a more accurate set of options and prices based on your actual bouquet.
Why do you not have a set price list?
Each flower is made differently, dries differently, and some may take longer than others to dry and press.
These details are extremely important since we work on the flowers individually through various natural methods.
Are discounts stackable?
No, they're not. However, we will give you the higher discount.
How long do the colors of the flowers last?
Though our flowers go through color retention and enhancement, they can still fade over time.
Our goal in this aspect is to always keep the flowers looking as natural as possible. Clients may request if they want the colors of their flowers to be made more saturated.
Based on our experience, flowers that keep their color the longest are Accent Flowers, Artificial Flowers, Roses and Sunflowers. We've also noticed that red flowers such as Tulips and Roses tend to keep their colors the best.
How long do the flowers retain their shape?
The shape of the flowers should last years with extremely minimal shriveling since they're already dried and pressed.
As long as they're not exposed to any external factors (such as mold), they shouldn't disintegrate or warp.
What's the difference between a Classic and Transparent frame?
Classic frames have solid colored backgrounds such as white, red, black and etc. Clients can also request for their wrappers to be used as background.
Transparent frames have glass backs and a protective border.
Do we have a say on the frame design?
Yes! Check our STYLE GUIDE. There you'll see a number of design categories, let us know which one you prefer for your flowers.
You can also look through our posts or the highlights featuring particular flowers for your peg.
Also, feel free to let us know what you want or don't want to see in the frame (Is there a specific flower you want the focus to be on? Do you not want any accents to be used? Do you not want the frame to be too filled? Etc.).
Do we see the design before you seal the frame?
Yes. Before sealing the frame we will send you the proposed design.
General Changes can be requested. Clients can request for 2 Major Changes and 3 Minor Changes.
What are the different types of changes that can be requested?
GENERAL CHANGES
- Asking for a flower, accent or leaf to be moved an inch or less
- Removing accents or leaves
MINOR CHANGES
- Moving accents more than an inch from the original point
- Adding accents to one particular spot
MAJOR CHANGES
- Complete change of arrangement style (Center to Circle, Blooming to Bouquet, etc.)
- Moving Main Flowers
- Changing background
- Requesting to cut certain flowers
Can you include pictures, invitations and notes in the frame?
Yes, we definitely can as long as they're not too thick for the frame.
If you want us to print an Instax, it's an additional 80-90 PHP depending on size. Please make sure to crop the photo to the dimension of the Instax yourself. No free do-overs.
For sticker labels, they're free. Please take note that the only punctuations that can be placed are a period or a dash.
Notes on our handmade paper cost 30-150 PHP depending on length. If you're very specific of how you want it written, please state if it should be centered, cursive or print, etc. The only emoji we'll be writing down are hearts, smileys, sad faces, stars, clouds, suns, moons and basic shapes. No free do-overs.
Can you include the wrapper and/or ribbon in the design?
Yes, we can.
Can you include a necklace or bouquet charm inside the frame?
No. The material of these items and their thickness may cause them and the frame to break.
Can I supply the frame to be used?
No. We are already accustomed to the frames we use in terms of displaying the flowers inside. By using a different frame we cannot guarantee that the flowers will be secured or that the frame will not break during our framing process.
How do I deliver the flowers to you?
We accept regular couriers for orders coming from Luzon. Those within GMM can opt for on-day delivery.
Please note: since these are third-party companies, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during the delivery. Please contact their help center for any issues. However, we're willing to help you if any issue arises and if it's within our capability (such as to contact the driver or to locate them).
Tips on prepping for delivery?
- If we agreed on only specific flowers being used from your bouquet, you can opt to send us just those flowers or the entire bouquet.
For On-Day Couriers:
- Keep your flowers more safe during delivery by placing them in a paper, plastic or eco bag, or a box. (If bag please put the flowers face down and stems up.)
- It's best if you get a motorcycle with an insulated box.
For Regular Couriers:
- Take flowers out the day before sending them out.
- If the stems of the flowers are still wet, pat them down until completely dried.
- Further advise will be given that caters to the type of flowers you have.
Do I have to pay in full right away?
No need. We only request a 50% downpayment before the flowers are sent over. The remaining half can be made the day before we send back your frame.
If we're providing the flowers, a 50% downpayment must be made before we purchase the flowers.
What's your MOP?
We only accept payments through BPI & GCash.
Can you return the wrapper or ribbons of my bouquet?
Sure! But please tell us before sending your flowers to us. The moment we receive a bouquet we work on them immediately and dispose of the wrappers & ribbons if we're not asked to keep them.
Can you send back the extra flowers?
If we have already worked on the flowers, which is usually immediately upon receipt, we cannot.
However, if you inform us before delivery to pick only the flowers to be used in the frame, we can send back the extra flowers. We can only hold extra flowers strictly for 24 hours before disposing of them.
