Chains are 18K Gold Plated. They are non-tarnish and hypoallergenic.

The charms are made out of flowers that are sealed in non-toxic resin.

We still highly suggest that clients wear their SVL pieces for a short amount of time first to ensure that they aren't allergic to any of the materials used.

Do charms retain their color?

Though flowers go through extensive color retention and enhancement, and are sealed in resin, they may have a tendency to become less vibrant over time.

Based on our experience, flowers that keep their color the longest areAccent Flowers, Artificial Flowers,Roses and Sunflowers.

Can I change the design of the charm?

Once the final charms are shown to the client it is impossible to resize, reshape, recolor or do any other changes due to the resin.

If you are specific of how a charm should look (size or color-wise) please tell us before sending over the flowers.

Can I have the charms rearranged?

Yes. Before attaching the charms to the chain we'll show you how they'll be rearranged.

Removing a charm is free except for the Bud charm which has a minimal fee.
